You define and own Novenvera’s technical strategy: architecture, technology choices, security and data sovereignty for our projects and our own infrastructure.
You lead the engineering and delivery teams, arbitrate technical trade-offs and ensure what we ship to clients holds up over time.
You represent Novenvera in front of our institutional clients’ own CIOs — your technical credibility is on the line as much as ours.
What we're looking for
- 8 years of technical experience including meaningful time in an IT leadership role
- Broad view across cloud, cybersecurity, data and application architecture
- Experience with digital sovereignty or public-sector-stakes projects
- Ability to recruit, structure and grow a technical team
- Fluent French, technical English
- Comfortable telling a client no when the technology demands it
- Rigorous selection process: multiple technical interviews and a real-world case study.
