You work hand in hand with delivery teams to define the right indicators — not just the ones that are easy to compute.

You help structure data governance on projects where the data is public or sensitive, with all the rigour that demands.

What we're looking for

3 years of data analysis experience

Proficiency in SQL and a visualisation tool (Power BI, Metabase, Looker…)

Solid basics in applied statistics

Ability to translate an analysis for a non-technical audience

Fluent French, technical English

Methodological rigour — a wrong analysis is worse than no analysis

Rigorous selection process: multiple technical interviews and a real-world case study.
