You lead Novenvera’s finance and administration function: accounting, treasury, management control, tax and labour compliance.
You build our financial processes to support fast growth without ever sacrificing rigour — budgets, reporting, banking and institutional relationships.
You sit on the executive committee and give the CEO a clear, reliable read on the company’s financial health at all times.
What we're looking for
- 8 years of corporate finance experience, including time in a finance leadership role
- Command of the OHADA accounting and tax framework
- Experience structuring finance for a fast-growing company
- Absolute rigour and non-negotiable integrity on financial matters
- Fluent French, professional English
- Comfortable with modern financial management tools, not spreadsheets alone
- Rigorous selection process: multiple technical interviews and a real-world case study.
