You own the delivery of every Novenvera client project: schedule, quality, budget and satisfaction, from scoping through to go-live.
You lead project managers and technical teams, and step in directly when a project goes off track — delivery isn’t delegated away when it matters.
You build the methods and templates that let Novenvera deliver repeatably, not just once by luck.
What we're looking for
- 7 years of delivery or IT program management experience
- Experience running multi-project portfolios for institutional clients
- Ability to handle pressure and make trade-offs under constraint
- PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification a plus
- Fluent French, professional English
- Sharp attention to detail — a project delivered at 95% isn’t delivered
- Rigorous selection process: multiple technical interviews and a real-world case study.
