Software Engineer

Within the Delivery Division, you design and build our institutional clients’ web and mobile platforms: citizen portals, business applications, transactional platforms.
You contribute to architecture decisions and own delivered code quality (review, tests, CI/CD), working closely with the rest of the engineering team.
These platforms handle sensitive data at national scale — the quality and security bar expected is that of a public system, not an MVP.
What we're looking for
- 4 years of web development experience including some time with React and Node.js
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and REST API architectures
- Track record of high-volume production deliveries
- Genuine autonomy on ambiguous scope — you bring structure, you don’t wait for it
- Fluent French, comfortable working in technical English
- A taste for mentoring more junior profiles on the team
- Rigorous selection process: multiple technical interviews and a real-world case study.
